Privacy Policy

How we handle information on this child-directed puzzle site.

Last updated: October 18, 2026

What BrainTreat collects

We do not offer accounts or ask children to provide personal information. BrainTreat has no contact form, analytics service, third-party fonts, or tracking scripts. We do not collect information through the games or send saved game progress to our servers.

Information saved on your device

BrainTreat uses your browser's local storage on this device to remember theme choices, game scores and progress, daily puzzle streaks, coins, and audio preferences such as mute and volume. This information stays in your browser and is not sent to us. You can clear it using your browser's site-data controls.

Advertising

Advertising is turned off by default. If we enable Google AdSense on selected game pages, we will treat those pages as child-directed and request contextual, non-personalized ads. We will not enable personalized advertising.

Google may receive technical information, such as a browser's network address and device or browser details, when an ad is requested. Non-personalized ads are not based on a person's past activity, but Google may use cookies or similar storage for purposes such as frequency capping and aggregate reporting. Google's handling of information is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Children and parents

BrainTreat is made for children, but children should not send us personal information. Children under 13 should ask a parent or teacher to contact us. Contact is by email only; there is no form on this site.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child sent personal information to us, email YOUR_CONTACT_EMAIL_HERE from your own email account. Tell us what information should be deleted without including additional sensitive information. We will delete the relevant email information from our mailbox when we have handled the request.

Retention

We keep no account, analytics, or game-progress records on our servers. Game preferences and scores remain only in local browser storage until cleared. If a parent or teacher emails us, we use the message only to respond or handle a request, then delete it when it is no longer needed.

Updates

We may update this policy if the site changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above.
